    Good choice of word - and very apt, especially as I submitted an application for a new job today! like Justine's above too - may have to go for a combination of the two!

      Good luck with the application! Aspirational simplicity; it sounds like a course you could run on the Apprentice for a team-building day out. Or combine the words together; simpiration or asplicity?
